Terms for using NexusDock.
These Terms govern your use of the hosted NexusDock service at nexusdock.co. By using the hosted service, you agree to these Terms and to use NexusDock only with devices, accounts, data, and services you are authorized to access.
1. The hosted service
NexusDock provides a hosted workspace that can connect compatible AI clients with devices and tools you choose, keep user-directed long-term context through Recall, and provide reusable Workflow capabilities. The open-source NexusDock project and independently operated deployments may have different operators, availability, and terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in methods and for activity performed through your account. Do not share access tokens, pairing codes, device credentials, cookies, or other authentication material with unauthorized parties.
You must provide accurate information where the service requires it and must not use another person's account or identity without authorization.
3. Connected devices, tools, and AI actions
NexusDock can enable compatible AI clients to perform actions on devices and services you connect. You are responsible for deciding which devices and services to connect and for ensuring you are authorized to access and control them.
Results may depend on device permissions, installed software, network conditions, third-party services, and the information available to the AI client. AI-generated plans or tool selections can be incorrect. Review consequential actions before authorizing them when appropriate, especially actions that delete data, publish information, change accounts, spend money, or affect other people.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use NexusDock to:
- Access devices, accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Distribute malware, steal credentials, bypass access controls, or interfere with service security.
- Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
- Abuse, overload, probe, or disrupt NexusDock infrastructure or other users.
- Use third-party services in a way that violates the terms that apply to those services.
5. Your content and permissions
You retain responsibility for content and data you choose to store or process through NexusDock. You grant NexusDock the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide, secure, and operate the service you request.
Do not store credentials, secrets, or content you are not authorized to process in Recall, Workflow, or other NexusDock storage features.
6. Third-party services
NexusDock may interoperate with third-party AI clients, identity providers, payment providers, hosting providers, and services available through your connected devices. Those services are provided under their own terms and policies. NexusDock is not responsible for a third party's independent service, content, or availability.
7. Free and paid plans
NexusDock may offer free and paid plans with different capacity or feature limits. Current prices, billing periods, renewal information, and applicable limits are shown before purchase or inside NexusDock. Plan details may change over time; changes do not retroactively alter charges already completed.
Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider and may be subject to that provider's terms.
8. Service changes and availability
NexusDock may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves, including to address security, reliability, legal, or technical requirements. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, failures, network conditions, connected-device state, or third-party dependencies.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using NexusDock at any time. Where a supported account-deletion flow is available for your account and current interface, you may use it to begin account and workspace cleanup. NexusDock may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, third parties, or to respond to misuse or legal requirements.
10. Disclaimers
The hosted service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NexusDock does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that an AI-generated result or automated action will be correct for every situation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these Terms
NexusDock may update these Terms as the hosted service changes. The current version is published at this URL with its effective date. If a change materially affects use of the hosted service, additional notice may be provided when appropriate.
12. Questions
For questions about these Terms or the hosted service, email [email protected] or see NexusDock Support. Privacy practices for the hosted service are described in the Privacy Policy.
