Before reporting a problem
For most connection problems, first confirm that you can sign in to NexusDock, the intended device is online, and your AI client has refreshed the NexusDock MCP connection. If NexusDock shows a request ID with an error, keep that request ID for troubleshooting.
Never include passwords, access tokens, OAuth credentials, cookies, pairing codes, device tokens, private keys, or sensitive Recall content in a public issue or screenshot.
Technical support
For reproducible product or integration problems that do not contain private account information, use the NexusDock GitHub issue tracker. Include the affected client or device platform, the behavior you expected, the behavior you observed, and a request ID when one is available.
Account, billing, privacy, and security
Do not put private account data, payment information, security-sensitive details, or personal content in a public GitHub issue. For requests involving your account, billing, privacy, or security, email [email protected]. You can also use the available NexusDock account controls where applicable, including connected-device removal and authorization revocation.
