01 / Get started

Connect your first device.

The normal setup is short: install AgentDock, create a one-time pairing code in NexusDock, enter it in AgentDock, then confirm the device is online.

Before you start

You need a NexusDock account and a computer or server where AgentDock can run. macOS, Windows and Linux are supported.

Setup in five steps

Install AgentDock

Use the official macOS DMG, Windows Setup, or Linux installer from the download page. Finish the local installation before pairing.

Sign in to NexusDock

Open NexusDock in your browser and sign in with the account that should own this device.

Create a pairing code

Open Devices and add a device. NexusDock shows a 6-digit pairing code. The code is valid for five minutes and can be used only once.

Enter NexusDock in AgentDock

In the AgentDock control panel, open the NexusDock connection area. If a service address is requested, enter https://mcp.nexusdock.co/ and then enter the pairing code.

Confirm the device is online

Return to NexusDock. The device should appear in Devices and show Online. You can rename it there if you want a clearer device name.

Pairing codes are temporary credentials.

Do not post a pairing code in screenshots, issues or public chats. If it expires, simply create a new one.

Next: connect your AI

Once the device is online, connect ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or another compatible AI client to NexusDock. You do not need to expose AgentDock directly to the internet for the normal NexusDock SaaS flow.
